Blue, Banana, & Almond Pre-Workout Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • ½ cup  unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Flaxseed
  • Ground 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1.  Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse on high until desired consistency.
  2. Enjoy!
