At New York City Nutrition, we take a compassionate and holistic approach to assist individuals to recognize the negative effects poor diet and stress can have on the body. We teach people how to make the changes necessary to improve their health by making positive dietary changes that are sustainable and become a lifestyle. We do not believe in fad diets, nor do we endorse any products or supplements. We focus on the science of food, and the principles of nutrition.
