Banana Sushi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seed

Instructions:

  1. Place the banana on a plate and spread the peanut butter on top.
  2. Gently, press blueberries into the peanut butter so they stick.
  3. Sprinkle with flaxseed and chia seed.
  4. Slice the banana into bite sized pieces. Serve and enjoy!
